Five years ago Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks North America introduced MVASIST, an innovative solution to provide customers with faster, more accurate service estimates and write-ups when their trucks need service. MVASIST simplifies the service process by providing access to comprehensive fleet and manufacturer information specific to the customer and vehicle in the shop.
MVASIST Fleet lets customers and service locations share information, communicate effectively, and receive status alerts throughout a service event — all within a single web portal. Customers save hours per service event, repairs are agreed to up front, and trucks are back on the road faster.
